What does Arcbok sell?
Arcbok offers decorative bookends designed to organize books while adding architectural form, texture, and character to shelves, desks, and reading spaces.
Are books and decorations included?
No. Books, plants, candles, furniture, and other styling objects shown in photographs are not included unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
Will the product look exactly like the photograph?
Small variations in color, texture, markings, and surface finish may occur because of materials, production methods, lighting, and screen settings.
How do I select the right size?
Review the dimensions and weight shown on the product page. Product photographs are styled for presentation and should not be used as the only size reference.
Will the bookends support heavy books?
Suitability depends on the product’s material, weight, dimensions, shelf surface, and the number of books being supported.
Place bookends on a stable, level surface and avoid exceeding their reasonable support capacity.
Can bookends scratch furniture?
Some materials may mark delicate surfaces. Use protective pads where appropriate and lift the product when repositioning it rather than dragging it.
Orders
Can I change my order?
Email service@arcbok.com immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation may be possible before fulfillment starts. Once dispatched, the order must follow the standard return process.
Why did I not receive confirmation?
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders. Also confirm that the correct email address was used during checkout.
Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Products may be shipped in separate packages and can arrive on different dates.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery after receiving authorization.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
When will my refund arrive?
Approved refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
